I have an event – so how do I place an order with Adams Catering Hire?
There are a few easy ways to place an order with us.

- Put together a quote online and send over to us
Once received, we can put it all together and get back to you. And we aim to do this within 2 hours. No waiting around for days for us to get back to you.
What Do We Need To Know?
For a complete quote to be given we will need the delivery postcode and the date of the event. Can we prepare a quote without this information and the answer is yes but we cannot check availability for you.
Delivery is normally arranged for the day before the event and the collection the day after. But, we understand that some venues have restrictions on this and can quote on delivery and collection times to suit the venue,but please bear
in mind this can change the delivery costs for out of hours and weekends.
With the date known we can check availability of stock and advise of an alternative if your first choice is not available.
We are often asked, What About The Number of Guests? Well, we understand that when invites go out not everyone responds immediately and that guest number rise and fall so we are happy to amend your quote to reflect number changes. Or even in some cases, a menu change.

We hide nothing in jargon, it’s all there on the quote and if there is anything you don’t understand, then you can always call us for a full explanation.
We can offer alternatives if your preferred item is out of stock and we can also try and source some from one of our partners.
